Angela Hrdlicka

Our CEO is an experienced law enforcement executive, investigator and security consultant with a background in threat assessment, emergency and risk management, major criminal investigations, training and accreditation, and oversight of federal government programs and operations. She has a proven ability to direct teams, manage large projects and major events, and collaborate with diverse partners. Angela has extensive expertise in proactive measures to prevent violence, fraud and other crimes. She has conducted foreign and domestic security assessments, threat analyses and risk management for U.S. Presidents and other principals, as well as for National Special Security Events and major professional sports venues. She developed and revised Quality Standards for Inspector General Investigations and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation standards. She has developed, instructed and evaluated training curricula for federal, state/local and military criminal investigators, uniformed police and civilian personnel. Angela has been certified as an instructor by the U.S. Secret Service, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity & Efficiency, the National Institute of Ethics and the David Allen Company. Angela is an Evernote Certified Consultant, and is a member of Georgia Southern University's Fraud and Forensic Accounting Advisory board, the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, ASIS International and its Women in Security Council, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. She previously served as Executive Director of the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy, Vice Chair of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation Board, on the Board of Directors and Integrity Committee of the Association of Inspectors General, and was a criminal investigator and supervisor with the USSS and the U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Inspector General. Angela graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Comparative Area Studies (Russia and Latin America), and has  working proficiency (formerly fluent) in Russian language and a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Robert Hrdlicka

Our Managing Partner has provided instruction, developed curricula and managed police training at the largest law enforcement training facility in the U.S. for more than 15 years, where he served as Chief of four branches within the Enforcement Operations, Counterterrorism and Firearms Divisions.  His subject matter expertise is vast, but his passion lies in delivering reality-based training to new and experienced law enforcement professionals.  A dynamic and memorable trainer, Robert is certified by the Department of Homeland Security as a Law Enforcement, Use of Force, Firearms, Tactics and Active Shooter Response Instructor.  During his distinguished policing career with the U.S. Park Police, Robert worked Patrol, served as a Motorcycle Officer, a SWAT team member, a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Tactical EMT Instructor, as well as a Helicopter Rappel Master and Rappelling Instructor.  He earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College.
